– On shared tours the actual pick-up time will be within 45 minutes of your selected pick-up time
– Dune bashing is not suitable for pregnant women
– All desert safari drivers are well-trained, licensed safari drivers. The Land Cruiser vehicles are fully insured.
– This tour is NOT allowed for Children Age 0years to 5years.
– This law is introduced by the Government of Dubai Tourism authority.
– Not recommended for travelers with back problems
– Not recommended for pregnant travelers
– No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
– Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
– This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers

Terms & Conditions

1. Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, we have mentioned this information in the important notes so please ensure that you read the important information,Bonvay Tourism will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.

2. For SIC Tours Pick up timings can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes depends on your location and traffic conditions.

3. No refund for partly utilized services.

4. Seating arrangement are done as per the availability & it is decided by Driver or Tour Guide.

5. Dubai Safari Go reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.

6. Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, Bonvay Tourism will provide alternate options if possible

Cancellation Policy

Before 24 hours – 50% refund
Before 08 hours – 25% refund
After 08 hours – no refund
